The 10 kings will probably be over 10 unions of nations thus ruling the world. Petraeus is a North American Union man so that is probably one of the unions one king will over rule.
I personally believe this “revolution” and remaking the world is, hopefully, a reprieve from the wrath of God because of child sacrifice.
The Biblical consequence for nationally legalized child sacrifice is invasion and conquest, so that has to be done worldwide, too. However, there are still 5 nations that have not surrendered to Satan and made it legal. In the Old Testament God would consider that sin “not being complete” and after decades of wondering how God could justify the Great Tribulation, I concluded it was because of abortion and child sacrifice.
As for the theory, it doesn’t fit the Q drops but disinformation is also a part of the non-game.
