I will never understand why a completely flat-chested young woman would wear a wedding gown which focuses attention on her completely flat chest.

Barbara looks downright anorexic. If so, I hope she gets help. It’s a high stress life, being in the First Family, especially for a president who left at a low level of popularity. This may be leftover stress, still unresolved.
