A pro-abortion professor who wished for violence against white Republican men has been placed on administrative leave.
A professor at Georgetown University known for making incendiary comments against supporters of President Donald Trump said white Republican men deserve “miserable deaths” for supporting Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
C. Christine Fair, an associate professor at Georgetown in the School of Foreign Service, tweeted Saturday, saying white Republican men should die and an added bonus would be if women “castrate their corpses and feed them to swine.”
Her tweet was in response to South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham’s comments in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He defended Kavanaugh against an “unethical sham” and slammed Democrats for not releasing sexual assault allegations against the judge for weeks after they first received them.
Fair’s Twitter account was eventually suspended for 12 hours. Now, Fair has been placed on “research leave,” according to school officials:
A spokesperson for Georgetown University sent an email out to students on Friday, noting that the “mutual” decision for Fair to go on “research leave” was “effective immediately.”
Joel Hellman, dean of the Walsh School of Foreign Service, wrote an email, which, in part, read, “This has been a challenging moment for our community, as we balance our unwavering commitment to free speech and expression with the need to ensure civil and respectful discourse.
“We can and do strongly condemn the use of violent imagery, profanity, and insensitive labeling of individuals based on gender, ethnicity or political affiliation in any form of discourse. Such expressions go against our core values,” Hellman’s email continued.

“Earlier today, I spoke with Professor Fair. To prevent further disruption to her students and out of an abundance of caution for the security of our community, we have mutually agreed for Professor Fair to go on research leave effective immediately,” the dean’s email said. “Professor Fair will accelerate previously scheduled international research travel.
“It’s become clear that incivility begets incivility. While we have received many legitimate concerns from members of our community and beyond regarding the social media posts Professor Fair has made in her personal capacity,” Hellman wrote, and noted that the school had also received “provocative and threatening” statements in response to Fair’s Twitter conduct.
“This has been an emotional time, and I hope you will join me in thanking those at the front lines for handling their responsibilities with professionalism, tact, and patience,” Hellman concluded. “I want to reiterate a message that I make to every entering class at [the School of Foreign Service]: while we teach diplomacy as a subject, we expect diplomacy as a community.”
In the tweet Fair called Kavanaugh a “serial rapist,” although he has never been convicted or even accused of rape. The FBI is currently investigating the accusations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh and plans to have its investigation finished by Friday.

Earlier, Georgetown University said Fair’s views are her own and “not the views of the University,” in a statement to The Daily Caller News Foundation.
“The views of faculty members expressed in their private capacities are their own and not the views of the University,” the university said. “Our policy does not prohibit speech based on the person presenting ideas or the content of those ideas, even when those ideas may be difficult, controversial or objectionable. While faculty members may exercise freedom of speech, we expect that their classrooms and interaction with students be free of bias and geared toward thoughtful, respectful dialogue.”
Fair has previously made offensive comments on social media, telling a Muslim Trump supporter “f— off” and “GO TO HELL.”

It’s becoming increasingly clear to me that the word, “professor”, is really Latin for “liberal idiot”.
As usual, both frames of her story - “abortion” and “castration” have to do with...wait for it, wait for it...SEX.
It’s all that’s on their minds, day and night. That further branches off into “gender”, and “race”.
Other than, “we hate Trump”, that’s about all they’ve got.
Yep, paid vacation, that’ll teach her a lesson.

As a GU alum (SBA, ‘83), this pisses me off like few other things. She should be summarily FIRED. She certainly has a right to say, or post online, any damned thing she wants - she is entitled to her opinion (and you know what “they” say about the similarity of opinions and @ssholes)...but if her words are completely contrary to the Jesuit/Catholic teachings of GU (and they most certainly ARE), then GU should be just as free to tell her to “GTFO, and don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.”
In fact, I called the office of the university’s President last week, recommending just that (in somewhat more toned-down language), and they (of course) ignored me. OK, fine - but that is the end of any donations that I will EVER make to GU. FYI, I’m Jewish and it upsets me that GU cannot live up to its Catholic/Jesuit ideals, all in the name of the false god of “tolerance.” What a pant load that is!
Whatever happened to the liberals of my youth, who all seemed to claim that “while I may vehemently disagree with what you say, I’ll defend to the death your right to say it?” I guess that the last of them is drooling and crapping all over themselves in a Florida nursing home...now it is just Leftists. Leftists all the way down, as the saying goes.
