There are phytoestrogens in soy. Can’t imagine why you’d dispute this.

Yes, there are phytoestrogens in soy. But phytoestrogens are not estrogen. The phytoestrogens found in soy are comprised of three isoflavones, Daidzein, Genistein and Glycitein. There are three primary estrogens produced in the female body: Estrone, Estradiol and Estriol.

As I posted earlier, Isoflavones and estrogen are very different. Confusing them causes much of the unnecessary fear regarding soy.
