I would also worry about milk. With all the chemicals (estrogen?) given to cows to make them produce more milk, I would think it has an effect on males who drink it.

The growth hormone given to dairy cows to increase milk production is biochemically identical to the growth hormone they produce naturally. The growth hormones in milk are destroyed in the human stomach when ingested so they have no effect in humans who drink milk. And even if some of those hormones were to survive the digestion process, bovine growth hormones are unable to dock with human growth hormone receptors.
