It is not a toomah.
Probably not. It looks like a sebaceous cyst in an awkward location. If that is what it is, then the usual medical advice would be to leave it alone, as they generally shrink up and go away without treatment.
An 85-year old woman would not be considered a good candidate for cosmetic surgery.
