Meaning? I thought virtue-signaling meant low-cost image inflation, like putting one of those dumb signs in your front yard with the words in English, Spanish, and Arabic, "Wherever you're from, I'm glad you're my neighbor."

When you haven't done one dang thing other than put up the dumb sign. It has all the commitment of a T-shirt and all the depth of a bumper sticker.
