YouTube start suggesting Leonid and Friends to me a year ago, and I was hooked. Just a great assembly of talent.
Wow, these guys are good. No, They are great. I’ve listened to almost every track on you tube. The slight Russian accent actually adds depth to the songs.
Interestingly, Chicago and Earth Wind and Fire have toured together and these guys manage to hit the essence of both very different bands.
I don’t do concerts. Been to maybe one in the last 15-20 years but when Leonid and Friends tour America, I’ll be there.
Last year, we saw an Irish band called We Banjo Three, a rather odd name for a quartet with only one Banjo, but I digress. You might want to add them to your ping list. A buddy of mine is an Irish drummer and he was blown away by theirs.

Thanks for this post. Leonid and Friends is some sort of addiction.
My daughter asked what to get me for Christmas and I told her I wanted the Chicagovich album by a Chicago cover band from Russia.
