Took some peppers from the garden. Made up a hamburger mixture much like a meatloaf— no rice. Mixed in tomatoes and crushed garlic croutons Stuffed some fresher mozerella in middle of the meat and threw in the oven. Not exactly stuffed peppers but it should be tasty.

Yum! Sounds delicious!
I made several crock pot dishes while we were working on our projects and there are leftovers from those in the freezer.
It’s been snowing all day so I’m thinking that the last of the deer chili sounds good for this evening.
