Neighbor with COPD did also. I believe she is terminally ill like NN. No need to waste good money to prosecute her when she’s dying. Take away the power of her minions and make sure they are each destroyed.
I say hurry up - indict her, try her & lock her up before it's too late. The fact that too many people are getting away with too many crimes is undercutting law & order in this country.
