Had parent of student that were Native American. Their dad wore his hair in that style and showed absolutely no emotion. It was a cultural thing. Very nice man but can’t say he ever said more than a word or two and never a complete sentence. He was an electrical engineer and apparently did very well at his job. Because of his heritage the company allowed the hair style.
