My husband was stationed there in Warner Robins in 1966 and 1967...US Air Force. I lived there myself until my husband went to Vietnam. Nice town...my husband coached a young baseball team of service kids. He and a couple generals were thrown out of a game once over a bad call...LOL actually it wasn't the real reason. (Umpire called the black player out at home plate..when he wasn't) My husband wasn't liked by the umpires because his top player was black and my husband took him out with the rest of his team after every game and bought them ice cream.

We sure have come a long way with race relations, but you’d never know it listening to the democrats. We even had a black President and it just made things worse.

my brother and wife should be arriving in Warner Robbin today. He retired AF in 1990 at Tinker AFB.. Liked the economy, churches area and stayed in Oklahoma and raised his family and had a second career working IT for state of Oklahoma. He ad wife both retired last year & I guess were ready for a change. Her brother & family are in area where they have a lease signed for apartment
