Well this would be a temporary fix to the China trying to influence the elections in the farm belt with their blocking of US farm goods.

Additional short term pain for US taxpayers with ethanol subsidies, but in the name of national defense its time to buck up and accept for now.

Pain isn’t necessarily always going to be one way during this battle.
