Good point. Insubordination. If he attends the hearings, his guilt is made obvious and he has to resign, recuse. If he refuses the boss’s orders, it’s more like he’s begging to be fired.
the coordination is very interesting to me. My guess is that yet another hurricane is impacting The Plan again and thus not yet time for RR to make his appearance. If there is no plan then these things can’t be so coordinated i.e. RR would be there to “prove” himself or whatever ... TBD ;)
