We’re on our second new machine, cloths still come out with dry spots, have to rinse a second time to get the soap out. Drives the wife nuts.
Is it possible that you are putting too many clothes in the machine? I remember when I switched to a front loader, I had to decrease the size of the load by about 1/4.
