I found the wording “intended” to be curious - i.e. Comey & McCabe intended for the Mule op to provide + do certain things ... but that doesn’t mean they didn’t have the tables turned on them. TBD ;)
I was wondering about that too. WHO did the intending? And did Mueller’s actions fulfilled the “intended” purpose?
