LA County strongly Illegals, by some estimates over 2 million Illegals have the ability to vote. Same situation in Nor Cal and to a degree San Diego as well
Illegal votes subtracted will make a huge difference. Illegals voting, machines not recording or changing votes, people voting more than once, etcetc. CA has, IIRC, 1 million illegals voting, maybe more.
