At the top of the basic FR screen, you’ll see an item marked “ConventionOfStates”. Click on that, and you’ll see threads going back years about the topic. It’s an active topic here on FR with a long history.
Mark also wrote a great book (well all his books are great) called The Liberty Amendments. It outlines the amendment proposals the states could pass I believe it’s 37 states needed. Even if they just do a balanced budget amendment and term limits, that would be huge. It is all done through the states not Congress - it is NOT a constitutional convention.
