Thanks to bad government California is suffering an onslaught of Third World Diseases.

A heavy influx of illegal immigrants from third world countries are bringing with them third world disease.

This coupled with high populations of homeless people are setting up breading grounds for diseases that have not been seen in the United States for generations.
