I can answer this! :-)
1> Collins is from Maine ... she at least has a credible excuse to behave the way she behaves. That puts her at the top of the class of the people that you mentioned with a D+ grade point average.
2> Flake flat out lied while campaigning and is a shyster. He’s a complete fraud and AZ voters should be refunded any money they wasted on that man. At least he’s gone.
3> Murkowski is the vilest of the vile. Murkowski was beaten soundly in the 2010 primary. Of course, the scummy elitist couldn’t understand that she lost and knows she’s mostly worthless w/o power, so she decided that she had to plow ahead with a write in campaign ... Alaska has no sore loser laws. She managed to win the write in campaign as an independent and switched back to Republican. Of course, the GOP welcomed her back with open arms and she managed to win again in 2016 ... proof that powermongers love to powermong :-).
Of the three above, Murkowski needs to be told to hit the road in 2022 ... tell her to switch to the Democrats. She is disgusting. I don’t think Collins is going to run again.

Not defending Murkowski, but Alaska is much more of a “gimmedat” state then I realized. Its been pointed out to me by several Alaskans & former Alaskans that the denizens of the state only want you to think they’re rugged independent individualists. Thats just for the reality TV shows. They’re really quite content with being on the dole.
She sold the idea that her no longer being in DC threatened that. And they bought it!
AND Murkowski only won the General Election because democrats voted for her, knowing she would be as likely as not to support them anyway, also figuring the Dem in the race wasn’t going to win.
I wish Palin would announce as a write-in to challenge Murkowski if she votes no. If we are going to lose the Kavanaugh vote it would be worth taking a chance that the dem would win. It would not surprise me if Palin won and it would be so sunny seeing her beat MurCOWski using the same tactic she used in 2010.
