Made it through the first 50 seconds.
Her message, whatever it may have been, was lost to me
because of her “uptalk”. The tendency of women to end sentences with upward (questioning) inflection destroys any credibility they might otherwise have.

She took too long to get to the details for me, and even jumping ahead, she was too long winded as well.

As for the "uptick", that was a thing with young teen girls about 10 years ago.

I didn't notice hers, probably because of the Canadian accent, but perhaps she developed the affection for a while at some point?

OMG like I hate uptalkers, too? Ya know? Everything sounds like a question? Or like they doubt what they’re saying? Like, they don’t do periods?
