West = Conservatives
Where are you drawing the east/west line? Are Charlotte, WS, Greensboro, Durham, Raleigh, CH, Greenville, Wilmington all on one side of that divide? No; they are strung out across the state. Charlotte is west, but is a commie cesspool. Asheville is definitely West, but is commie to the max. Everyplace that has a university of any size is packed with commies. Every place that has lots of government offices is commie to the max.
Outside of all these cities are rural areas and small towns that are populated by working, productive humans; the conservatives. The Coastal Plains, the Piedmont, and the Mountain regions are full of these people -- outside the big cities.
Unfortunately, the voter fraud is scattered all over, but this is not the fault of millions of people. A few hundred people, maybe a thousand, are doing this.
