My idea was that the Capitol Building be made a place that is not for protests or for harassment of others. A visitor must sign an agreement not to commit those acts, and failure to abide by that rule results in a felony for lying or trespass. That might end this problem. It’s a problem that didn’t exist until the left became so violent.
