The book Younger Next Year takes it further, into 45 minutes to an hour high intensity two days, low intensity two days and strength training two days, weekly. Im 73 and feel better than when I was 50. I ride a bike about 100 miles per week and still work full time. Follow the book. Best thing I ever did. Ive been at it for over 3 years now. Never going back!
