This is the moment a giant male puma invaded a family's garden and clasped the neck of a pet dog in its jaw for eight minutes.
The terrified owners in Russia were too frightened to go out as another dog barked furiously at the big cat but was also scared to intervene.

Irish wolfhound, this woulda been the other way around - kitty would be snack.
Stay away from Communist Pumas.

I would be impressed if they could hit a puma in Russia.
A good dog owner would have jumped on that Puma sticking a kitchen knife in its neck.

Sorry, but if it’s between my dog and some rich back-hole’s pet Puma, the Puma loses.
Sorry, thought article was from UK.
Id get a kick out of owning a Czech Wolfdog... they look like Carpathian wolves and youd never know theyre a dog - a regal looking German Shepherd.
A puma is a big kitty. Too big for most humans to handle. A Maine Coon is more docile.
I just looked them up. Beautiful dogs! Very intelligent looking eyes. It’s a breed I had not heard of before.
Theyre somewhat harder to control than a GSD... and if you cant walk them af least 90 minutes per day - theyre not the dog for you.
Czech Wolfdogs inherit their inherent reserve and intelligence from their wolf ancestor which makes them strictly purposeful. Their fanatical devotion is all GSD.
Not a dog for everyone but if you have the time, dedication and stamina to devote to it, it can be the perfect dog.
I do like guardian dogs.
