And why do you think Yale would have a record of that? If there was a major disturbance or infraction the campus police might have a record of the incident, but the principal role of ivy league schools regarding disciplinary issues is to provide such parenting as is necessary to get the students from the immature age of 18, safely to the age of 22 upon graduation, where, hopefully high spirits have mellowed into a sober budding professional (unless your name is Kennedy).

Maybe a picture ended up in the student newspaper. Or maybe his buddies dragged him into the infirmary one night cause they couldnt get a response. And it is still in the infirmary records. I dont know. But Yale isnt on his side and my concern is they are the most likely source for evidence of Kavanaugh blacking-out. That would lead to a perjury charge. BTW, I am not a lawyer.
