I think RR asked him to do the delay, FBI investigation.

In Q post 2299 "Goodbye, Mr. Rosenstein [payment in full]" I think means that RR has been cooperating and asked for the FBI investigation to set up Dems.

The investigation will be the beginning of the end of the Demoncrat party as we know it!

HMMM.... 🤔. All things are plausible at this point. Hard to believe RR would choose political suicide over cooperating, by now. I totally took “Goodbye RR” “ [payment in full] “ as his departure would mean payback in full to the Obama/Brennan/Clinton COUP attempt and Mueller charade is over. I know they will be exposed.

I think RR asked for the delay, too. This is an ideal way to get in a bunch of investigation time and also, MOST IMPORTANTLY, to get into evidence stuff they already know. I think RR is a WH (didn’t before this) and I think that this was a golden opportunity they couldn’t pass up to make the dirt come to light. Once Declas happens, then RR has made his peace and can go quietly. This is Jedi Grand Master stuff.
