My guess for 53-47 is flake votes no but Dems most at risk in red states heitkamp, manchin and Donnelly votes yes like they did on gorsuch.

Maybe Flake only votes no if he is not planning to run for another office in future. Unless he plans to switch parties.....

Mmmm... I’m thinking Flake votes ‘yes’ so a few of the rat get permission to vote no as a ‘cover vote’ so they get by back at home. If their vote mattered, the Schmuck would never let them vote no.
