In an Instagram Live video broadcast by Lohan, the actress repeatedly offers to pay for a hotel room for the family
Lindsay Lohan has broadcast a bizarre video to Instagram, in which she approaches what appears to be a family of refugees and offers to pay for them to stay in a hotel room for the night.
The Instagram Live video, which was uploaded on Saturday night, shows Lohan repeatedly making the offer before following the family of four, whom Lohan describes as Syrian, down the street.
At one point, as the encounter becomes more hostile, Lohan accuses the parents of "trafficking", and says, “I won’t leave until I take you. Now I know who you are. Don’t [expletive] with me.”
At the end of the video, an altercation appears to take place between Lohan and the mother.
The video, which may have been filmed in Moscow, opens with the Mean Girls actress, 32, getting out of a car and walking towards the family, who are sitting under a blanket on the street.

“In Russia? You have to be really crazy to do this. Well, La Lohan, I guess that is a redundant statement.”
I have a relative who got to know her several years ago - his only comment was that she was crazy. He has his own mental issues so he understood crazy.

Not funny, but still made me laugh at the craziness.
