Noooo, that would actually mean we have a functioning FBI. We don’t. Shannon Bream said she has friends at the FBI and none of them want this assignment. Apparently none of them have the strength of character to just do what is right.

Committee members should have made a Flake-y deal of their own. Agree to a week’s delay to investigate Kavanaugh, with the stipulation that there be a concurrent investigation of Ford. Investigation to be done by Secret Service or private investigator.
