She provides staggeringly few details, and the verifiable information she provides can’t be verified. She can’t keep her story straight and has already been definitively caught in one flat out lie (”fear of flying”).
What she is is a mentally disturbed person with TDS who is mishmashing a bunch of memories, fictions and fantasies together to create an accusation, led along by Democratic activists. She doesn’t know Kavanaugh and never did.
There is not enough here to even responsibly write a news story on it, never mind disrupt the business of the US government and wipe all other news off the front pages.

It would seem she had the "hots" for Mark Judge at the time. From her description of running into him at the Safeway, it seems Judge wanted to avoid her. Could that old hurt be a part of the why she is doing this. "Hell hath no fury like a woman spurned." In the above, she remembers who drove her to the Safeway, the street address, and even which door she used - separate from the one her mom used - maybe separate not because of "teenager ways", as she says, but more likely because she wanted to talk to Mark Judge? Ford admits she said, "hello", to Mark in the Safeway - and apparently, from her description, wanted to extend the "chance" encounter.
This creates a big question in my mind: If Mark Judge was a party to the assault that occurred 6-8 weeks prior, as Ford claims, an event which scarred her for life, why was she saying ANYTHING to Mark Judge?
What ever actually took place remains to be uncovered. I don't believe her memory of events are at fault. I believe she is lying for multitude of reasons.
