So does that mean the fraud doctor could go home and press charges tomorrow? If so, why hasn’t she already done that? Grant it, the police would not investigate a “crime” with no location, no date, no witness, no corroboration, but would laugh out loud.

The R’s should have asked Doctor Fraud about this and also the Democrat whiners wanting the FBI to waste their time laughing out loud.

Doctored Fraud could swear out a complaint but that doesn't mean that it will even be investigated much less have a Grand Jury vote out a true bill of indictment.
