I’m familiar with that. So what?

POTUS allows FBI one week on current allegations. After that it’s over.

As soon as FBI reports no evidence to corroborate, it’s time to vote.

Of course, the Dems will protest.

But it doesn’t matter.

The historical record will show the FBI found nothing and Congress moved on to confirm Justice K.

The Dems might counter the FBI was not allowed to look into new allegations.

Fine, bring your new allegations into the Midterms.

Meanwhile, Judge K becomes Justice K and Jimmy Kimmel will need to find some new ugly unfunny jokes to push.

Read it. Then if you disagree, say why. Or don’t respond at all, it doesn’t matter. I posted it because it has an interesting take on the issues you wrote about, one that I like, which is that we should just vote and let the chips fall where they may. Sundance explains why. I am not convinced 100 percent one way or the other, and the proof will be in the pudding.
