Update: The Senate Judiciary Committee released a statement saying they will request that the administration instruct the FBI to conduct a supplemental FBI background investigation with respect to the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to be an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court.
PERGRAM: The supplemental FBI background investigation would be limited to current credible allegations against the nominee and must be completed no later than one week from today.
.
Maybe there can be a silver lining here. Results of this may provide proof that there is no basis for impeachment later, and uncover wrong doing by accusers?
I thought it was interesting to learn that Ford has Google interns staying in her home....and her internet presence has all but disappeared...hmmm
Trying to stay positive.
[current credible allegations against the nominee and must be completed no later than one week from today]
That leaves out new accusers.
I smell legalese.
“Credible...” What is that?
Since the prosecutor blew holes in the where and when, there’s no “credible” accusation.
“He did something, but I can’t say where, I cant’ say when, and I can’t say how I got there and how I got home” isn’t credible.
The FBI can take her letter and her screwball testimony, Kavanaugh and others’ “we have no idea of what she’s talking about” testimony, say “we can’t do anything more with this,” do it in two days and we’re done.
Sessions hasn’t recused from this, so Jeff...get on it!
thanks.
looks like that does bring Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick into the investigation.
take more than a week to define current credible allegations.
flippin repubs...
Sooo...in other words, there's no one to investigate!
“....limited to current credible allegations ...”
And it’s been demonstrated that there aren’t any.
