A "hole card"?
FBI will not launch criminal investigation into Kavanaugh allegations: sourcesAccording to the Justice Department, on Sept. 12, the FBI received a letter dated from July 2018, obtained by Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., alleging that Kavanaugh “engaged in an incident of misconduct in the 1980s.”
“The FBI forwarded this letter to the White House Counsel’s Office,” the spokesperson said. “The allegation does not involve any potential federal crime. The FBI’s role in such matters is to provide information for the use of the decision makers.”
An FBI spokesperson, earlier this week, said in a statement that Ford’s Sept. 12 letter was “included as part of Judge Kavanaugh’s background file, as per the standard process.”

All Mitch has to do is say..."The FBI has already made a decision on the matter" and take the vote to the floor.
JMO/YMMV
What say you?

Without a local police report they have nothing else to go on.

In agreement. My question is pretty simple. Judge K was a Juvenile when this allegedly happen. First the matter has to be confidential. Second, he could only be charged with harassment. At best there is no case even if they conclude something happened. Why are the R’s letting this continue?
