Does CPL really think the FBI would not have turned up something about multiple gang rapes in their 6 background checks? This guy is the biggest clown ever.
even a TS clearance only goes back 10 years (except for criminal convictions, drug use while a LEO/in a position of trust, or while one has a security clearance, or a refused or revoked clearance). not clear how a clearance investigation would uncover adolescent misbehavior that didn’t result in a police report or court action.
