Is Edmonton a small town in Florida? This is clearly a FL-type story.

A few years ago I got talking to a guy from Alberta who told me he was in the oil industry.As he was talking he said at one point...laughing...that Alberta is Canada's Texas.And he wasn't just talking oil.
