Avenetti is a classic mook. The Dems are trying to create this lowball, hard to disprove, fog of ambiguous but dark currents around Kavanaugh, in order to lure just one or two easily lured Republicans off the reservation.

And, just-doesnt-get-it Avenetti comes blaring in, wearing a loud suit and driving a pink Cadillac, yelling stupendously idiotic charges, easily disproved, and blows the whole quiet dirty shiv business.

He's a classic self-promoting asshat, who has his uses. However, if he goes too far in messing up big plans he was not in the loop for, I'd expect his leash to get yanked pretty soon.
