I am reading a little Voat every day, trying to get the lay of the land. For now I am content just to read and lurk. And same as you have gotten very few points in the limited comments I have made. I think it’s like that on purpose to keep newbies off until they’ve been around a bit.
Don’t think I’ve been able to make any comments. Have to get so many points from up voting on a forum that allows that. The Q related ones don’t seem to allow it. But I’ve tried on a lot of others.
What I did at Voat was comment on some other forums like v/GreatAwakening. That’s where I got the upvotes so I could post. Something is up with v/theawakening that upvotes are screwy, but other sub-verses are ok for you to get the desired votes. v/QRV is a completely anonymous verse. Upvotes in there count for nothing.
Same here re Voat - however, the content has improved & garbage diminished significantly in the last few days.
