This has been bothering me. From the outset this has reeked of politics. If I had something I wanted known to a Senate committee, I'd send a letter to the chair and copies to all members — especially if I were a foaming-at-the-mouth dem and the chair was rep — to prevent any suppression. I wouldn't send it to my congressman. The more I think about it, the more I have doubts that she even wrote the letter.

(Also, I so want to know who these beach friends are.)

The whole thing seems like a fraud, start to finish.

I decided the whole thing was a fraud from the get-go. This woman is nothing more than a dem activist doing what she can to bring down BK. She started her gig back when Romney may have won and they had her on ice waiting for the BK nomination. I don’t believe she wrote a letter on her own. Something was needed to get this ball rolling, and the call to Washington Post didn’t bust things out, so they came up with the “letter” story. She had every intention of coming out and doing her little terrified victim routine - it’s the reason she was brought on board! Anyone who didn’t want to come forward would not be contacting a newspaper lol! Or sending a letter to the likes of Fineswine. Come on. How stupid do they think we are?
