The presidential motorcade is heading out on a bright fall day at 9:57 a.m.
POTUS - wearing white hat, what shirt, black pants and balaclava and white shoes - seen leaving WH south portico.
The departure appeared to be delayed. Pooler asked WH press if any developments had occurred. No response yet.
WH aides did not disclose the destination.
