Hmmm....speaking of ‘IMPARTIAL temperament’, weeotch FeinSwine.....I don’t think sitting on a letter, about a SCJ candidate, for MONTHS, even while you are interviewing said candidate....shows ANY sort of temperament, fairness OR legal sense.

I think, therefore, you should immediately resign from ANY and all Senate Committees.
