I'm actually fine with this. A one week background check (Kavanaugh has already passed 6) and NO NEW ALLEGATIONS may be added. If this means getting Collins, Murkowski, Flake, Manchin, etc on board, so be it. In the long run, perhaps even better for Kavanaugh.

Note last paragraph. It’s a supplemental background check. Same department that did other six will so this one. Rats may not like what they find/report.
Since it is limited to “allegations”. The people who made these allegations will be checked out to see if they are credible. As I said earlier they may rue the day! The president knows this. Sooner or later those who accused him will figure it out. Wait ! You will hear many FFFFFFFFFFFFFF

IMHO there is no possibility that at the completion of an FBI investigation clearing Kavanaugh democrats will say "Okay, we accept the findings, lets move along."

By then they will have another list of 5, 10 or 20 accusers and grievances that they demand be investigated.

And when/if the FBI gives Kavanaugh a clean report it will not change the vote of even one anti-Kavanaugh democrat.

This isn't an exercise in finding truth.
It is just another chapter in their ongoing scheme to destroy the Kavanaugh nomination by destroying Kavanaugh.

It is heartbreaking to think of him and his family battling this filthy, underhanded democrat attack on their own day after day after day.

If democrats do kill the nomination they will celebrate with glee the destruction of Brett Kavanaugh, his career and his family.

And it will just embolden them to do the same thing to even more republican nominees and candidates.
