I’ve always said she doesn’t have both feet on the Trump Train. She isn’t a never Trumper, but she has one foot in the bucket looking to jump off at the slightest excuse. She has the attitude like the GOPe, that Trump isn’t quite as good as her, and will never be part of “the club”. She tolerates him because she “has to”.
