I saw the interview. Martha McCallum tried to goad Judge Kavanaugh into discussing things he did not want to discuss....but the Judge didn’t fall for it. Good for him!
That’s correct. As long as Rosenstein is employed in the federal government, he must go before congress under oath. He does not want to do this.
