I'm actually fine with this. A one week background check (Kavanaugh has already passed 6) and NO NEW ALLEGATIONS may be added. If this means getting Collins, Murkowski, Flake, Manchin, etc on board, so be it. In the long run, perhaps even better for Kavanaugh.

Letter fm Montgomery County Police Chief. No criminal rpts filed vs Judge Kavanaugh that would lead to initiation of criminal investigation. In 1982 assault & attempted rape were misdemeanors subject to one-year statute of limitations. Not that it matters...Judge K is innocent.
Note last paragraph. It’s a supplemental background check. Same department that did other six will so this one. Rats may not like what they find/report.
Since it is limited to “allegations”. The people who made these allegations will be checked out to see if they are credible. As I said earlier they may rue the day! The president knows this. Sooner or later those who accused him will figure it out. Wait ! You will hear many FFFFFFFFFFFFFF

I just heard a clip on the radio of Amy Klobuchar, the Senator that Kavanaugh kept asking if she liked beer, saying she has no problem at all having a beer for breakfast at 6AM. The show host said now it makes sense, Kavanaugh must know how much she likes beer, yet she was questioning him about it.
