There’s no way she’d ever be charged with perjury regardless of how many times she lies.In fact I’ve wondered if she’ll even be put under oath.I wouldn’t be even slightly surprised if she’s not placed under oath.
It is a felony to lie to or even ‘materially mislead’ Congress regardless of whether one is under oath.
