“...She wants to be able to testify without being under oath...”
NO SHE DOESN’T.
She doesn’t want to testify at all - she and the dummocraps want to delay the nomination until it cannot happen.
Apparently she has not said yes yet.
no but you can be sued for defamation and if she goes on 60 minutes but not testify under oath imo this whole thing was a corrupt act to delay and hinder confirmation of a lawful function of congress..punishable as a felony..co conspirator- feinstine?
Haven’t seen confirmation of this yet, but will add a reply should I do.
Again, with every mention of Kavanaugh’s misdeeds, please make mention of the DNC co-chair, Keith Ellison, and his misdeeds documented by 9-1-1 calls and medical documentation. Here’s one link from WCCO in Minneapolis:

Also a thread here I started:

Have a great weekend, all.
whoopsie, meant “Kavanaugh’s alleged misdeeds” which stand in stark contrast to Ellison’s documented misdeeds.
Where is the “60 Minutes” studio and did she fly on an aircraft to get there?
I imagine, if she does go on 60 Minutes, it will be done in San Francisco. I wonder what the odds are on her ever testifying under oath. I think the latest GENEROUS offer by Grassley will result in her saying she will show up on Wednesday and then she wont come. That will put the votes off another day. Thats what they really want. Putting it off and putting it off. I sure hope Kavanaugh wont answer question until he knows exactly what she says. He is entitled to know the accusations from the woman, before he responds. He says he will be there on Monday. But, if she says she will be there on Wednesday, I hope they put him off, at least until they know she wont be coming.
