re: your #1256: pithy... I have only followed the lead to 2001: A Space Odyssey Occult Symbolism - [still feeling the effects of the flu - or whatever this is]. Is that William Cooper the same as the author of A Pale Horse? Odd delivery [as you noted]. The speaker talks of deep knowledge of occult symbolism; that is a dangerous field and a serious trap, as Aleister Crowley learned much too late... but still worth looking at; One needs deep protections.

You are right that the media is full of brain-washing messages, symbolism and snares... I hardly watch anything current, and I taught my son at least in rudimentary fashion how to recognize and resist the misleading traps buried in the media. Disney is no longer a family-friendly company (if they ever were) - they are demonic and leading our children, especially the children of conservative patriots into a rebellious destruction.

In truth I have to say that the media [film, tv, print, etc.] has done an astounding job of fooling a vast part of the population of the western world [I can't speak for the rest.] I was pleased to hear that Wm Cooper (of the video) adhered to his Christian beliefs; the same occult symbolism he speaks of occurs in the Bible also. It is not the symbols that are occult - it is the way that they are used. As John the Evangelist says, The Light shone in Darkness, and the darkness comprehended it not.

The Bible is the Word of G*d thus naturally it contains many mysteries of creation which may be represented by certain symbols which are - as Jung might say - universal. Anyone who has practiced Freudian psychological counseling and dream interpretation can speak on this comfortably. Like all the tools that creation and human ingenuity has provided, they can be used for good or bad. The internet is a perfect example. Vast {{half vast ;^) }} knowledge is available here for learning and growth, but the web is also used for pornography, gambling, crime, etc. It is the nature of the world that we live in.
