Just take a vote and show some backbone!
The Democrats are your enemies, not friends. You may think you get along okay but their proverbial knives are never far from being pulled. Defeat them. Don’t play nice with them.
I agree completely that they should just take a vote. Even if confirmation is defeated, that would be better than this continued pandering. I don’t know about anyone else but people in my circle of acquaintances are more angry with Republican appeasers than with Democrat obstructionist.
